Because the website states that they deliver the next day when orders are placed before 9.30 pm (if the product is in stock), I ordered from this website. Unfortunately, the product was not delivered until 3 days later (while it was in stock) and therefore too late.
After I was in touch the next day, I was told that the product had not been shipped. I then wanted to cancel my order immediately. This was sent the day after. Very annoying.
Contact now to also refund the return costs, but do not receive a response to that email.
Very bad service.
Got really great advice! Very honest advice. By phone, I personally find that easier and better than e-mail.

Nice shop. Clear website. Good products. Ordered before 21:30 and delivered at noon. Absolutely great!
Ordered on Wednesday (from Belgium) around 8 pm, the next day (Thursday) it was already delivered to my door. Speaking of a super fast delivery, because I only expected to receive it after 2 days as the delivery time to Belgium is 2 days.
The delivery was complete, nothing broken and very well packaged.
2nd time that I order from them and will order more for the kippies in the future!
