Highlighting my hair twice. Calls for a hat. Never had. Had stains afterwards. Second time they used normal paint instead of blonde. My hair colored all wrong. While I had said a few times that it is always done with blonde. After an hour and a half sitting down with blonde again. Wasn't too fixed anymore. Let me pay 111 euros while it did not look. They did not give money back. Went to another hairdresser and he also said "what happened to your hair?" have had a discussion at trenzo. I don't understand that it can go wrong. They have no skills with high lighted. Too thick tufts too and they insist on working with a hat while I have been highlighting my hair with foil for 10 years ... And I have long hair so it's not right. I will never go there again. Wasting time and money and they stick to their position that it should be. Cutting was done well but you shouldn't let that be done there!
