Our compliments to a respectful and well-organised organisation. We were helped so well and with such empathy and respect. We were kept informed all the way via texts and calls as he was picked up and when he was cremated. When we were called to decide options, it was with the utmost respect and care. We didn’t chose for a paw print (we had one already) but the hair they kept for us really touched us. We’re not sure if they knew but it was from our favourite place to scratch him and we recognised it immediately. He was picked up on Wednesday, cremated on Saturday and we could pick up the ashes on Monday. We received the very next day a lovely condoleance card. I would never wish someone to know the pain of losing your pet but if it does happen, this is the place to be. The lady who helped us was so calm and so wonderful. You really feel that they know how it feels.

Great how the employees here are concerned with the death of our dog Chiko. Very dignified, respectful and all the time. A text message when the cremation started. Now the ashes are collected in an urn selected by us. There was also a nice, sweet card. Thanks for everything dear people.

Picked up Django this morning who was cremated there individually on October 9. What lovely people work there. We could always call for information or questions. When the cremation started we received an SMS. That was also very nice. The urn and holder were nicely packaged. Also got a lock of hair. You also had the choice to get a foot print that they work out on a nice paper. Have this done of course. Although it is all a big blow to lose your dog (great friend), it is very nice that the people who work there are so loving with everything. Thanks!!

Today said goodbye and it was so beautiful. They had laid her out so nicely, so you could really say goodbye. We were also completely left alone and we were really helped! What I also like is that I get a text message as soon as she is / has been cremated. Also got a lock of hair. This was just great!

Only praise for the employees of the IJsselstein Animal Funeral Home. Professional, committed and sincere. They give you plenty of time to say goodbye and, if desired, keep you well informed during the further process. The right place for the best care.
