Immense collection of garden furniture in the classy loungy bracket. Mostly self produced under the brand name Life. Price-quality ratio looks quite good. Staff is very helpful to assist with choosing from the many options and configuring your lounge set.

Very bad experience with warranty. A lounge set i bought there shows some damage after 2 years. My purchase agreement says 3 years of warranty. Buitenhof however is now asking me to pay for the depreciation (30%). Together with the price increase of the set, it would mean i almost need to pay the same price as what i bought it for. Next to that, you also don't expect any damage after 2 years on a 2000 euro set..

Lots of choice, also in material. Friendly seller, who provided correct information so that we could properly consider the purchase.

Look before you leap, promise everything and if they make a mistake, you're screwed !!! Have already spent a lot of money here but now it's done !! You can wait months for your set and then you call and nothing has been scheduled yet. Sorry for the mistake and whether you want to wait a little longer and a small discount. No I don't, we can go to the moon and they are unable to solve their problem and leave it to you. So for us never again anything from Buitenhof !!!!!

What a ... store. Just doesn't deliver, don't speak up. Not even after emailing twice. Even now after calling 3 times. I keep being told "we will call you back tomorrow". Not so. People look before you leap. Don't buy anything here (well, don't count on getting anything delivered.) I've been waiting 2.5 months.
