Last year subscribed to the coin series 'Wildlife in the Netherlands' where you receive a coin every month. Nice series with a free storage book where the coins can be stored, so far nothing wrong with that. However: in the beginning there was a new coin in the letterbox around the 5th of each month, but that became later in the month! Now on April 28 still not received the April coin and when it is sent you have to wait (because in your account you can not check anything except your own data and what you have subscribed to but I know that by heart) ! I still have 3 coins to go and then my series is complete, but after that I quit with the Royal Dutch Mint!

Way too expensive, personally I think it's a scam. I recommend never buying your coins here.

Repayment received tidy, took a while and you never get an email about it. So you call to cancel something, then you should just assume that this is resolved.
