I've been to several guitar/music shops around the country and HiGain Guitars immediately attracted to me when I step in the store and since then it is the only store that I prefer buying all guitar related stuff. They have friendly, easy-going people who leave you alone when you are in the store if necessary and help you with short, brief, effective info. They are honest about the quality of the products they have, they are not trying to sell Squiers like they are selling Fenders. They have big space with some industrial look so you do not feel caged like other stores where you watch your step not to hit anything :) Upstairs they have proper practice rooms, not 1,5 m² rooms. if you live in Utrecht area that is the place where you need to go.

After years of neglect, I finally took my acoustic guitar in for service. I am so glad that I did. They did an amazing job cleaning it and getting the action nice and tight. It has never looked and played better! Thanks!
