Now, according to them, it has not arrived and I can whistle for my money. Very passive attitude while I have already asked a few times if they want to contact me. Earning money easily.

Fast delivery of the goods, despite corona waiting times at postnl (ordered yesterday, delivered today). Very satisfied with it. Despite ordering 6 pieces, I only got 5! I have sent an email with our evidence and order form. I don't know how this will end. If negative or positive, I will also post our experience of this. All respect for this, but then as a gesture I would have liked to have the 'item not yet received' sent instead of having the cost price refunded ... Now I have to order it again, pay shipping costs etc .. what a hassle and what an additional cost for myself,... The items received were in any case as shown on the website. Good quality too, so definitely worth buying there.
