Unreliable painter, appointments do not follow. Twice appointment canceled with a bad excuse. Not going into the sea also delivers bad work

Mr. Smaling has painted our house both outside and inside and we are extremely satisfied with his work. He had a competitive offer and he delivers "traditional" craftsmanship. Despite the fixed price for the agreed work, he takes the time to take care of everything to perfection.
