We parked the car here to solve a multigeocaxhe. A nice starting point to start from here. Unfortunately the geocache not found.

Yes I give the Waalse Bos 4 stars and that deserves it big. Over the years the forest has developed into a full forest with a beautiful bird population and that says a lot about the quality of this forest between the Lekdijk and the Waalseweg in Tull en 't Waal. Also many mushrooms and that is thanks to a nice ground cover of tree stumps and other wood in far-reaching condition. With everything, let's do it and that's the way it should be in a healthy forest. The parking place is nicely hidden among the trees at the entrance of this small but oh so nice forest, nice for a walk in the heart of Het Eiland van Schalkwijk.
