I bought a 1 person kayak from these guys. I had to pick it up myself, because the delivery would have took a lot more time and there was no option to pick it up by the post office. But it's ok I thought, I have to work for my kayak a bit. I went from Amstelveen to Utrecht. The kayak itself was low quality, I could see it when I opend up the box, but wanted to give it a chance and took it for a ride. 20 minutes in the amsterdamse bos was enough to make me open the bootman website and see how can I return this product. I had to print out a paper which I should have read properly, because it said if a product has ever been used it cant be returned.... it never happend with bol.com for example. I dont get it how they expect us costumers to know if we like a product when we dont see it when we pay for it. It touched the water once and they didn't want to take it back. Only positive note is the man who explaind to me why they can't take the kayak back. The policy is non sense, but the guy dealing with the costumers was a very polite and professional man. If you want a kayak buy ot from bol.com!

The Kolibri Carp Boat K-220T is easy and quick to prepare. Placing the decking boards is a bit of a challenge, but if you get it, you can do it fine. After use, everything fits neatly in the supplied storage bag. for the seasoned carp angler this is a good and affordable boat that you will have a lot of fun with.

Bootman takes the cake: honor where credit is due! The Bootman company carries an extensive range of articles. And what I can see in this way is that only products of the highest quality. Despite this, the prices are very competitive. The website is very clear, contains a lot of relevant information and is also very intuitive. I ordered a CTEK MXT 4.0 Battery Charger yesterday and now (one day later) already at home. Super fast delivery! But I am used to that from them. The communication is and will remain great; you always stay up-to-date on the status of the ordering and delivery process. Can further suppliers learn something from it? All in all, it is a pleasant experience to do business with Bootman!

For service and warranty they are on holiday at Bootman. Startbooster breaks down after 9 months, they first come up with all sorts of arguments, which is why according to the supplier ... unfortunately all arguments could be dismissed ... but Bootman insists that it is a mistake on our part. Very bad for a device of about € 400 Come and have it made by them for the main prize ... Never again, they have missed the Boat By the way, read that they reject all problems on “no manufacturer's warranty”

Here I bought my battery charger, Bootman was the cheapest. I was surprised by the efficient handling of my order. Ordered around 8pm and after 30 minutes and 3 previous confirmations of my sign up and order I was notified that it was packed and shipped. This was later confirmed by PostNL. The next day I received my order at 2.30 pm !! Even the "fat blue man" cannot do this very quickly ;-) Very happy. The battery charger was also a good choice, top device.
