Pleasantly surprised. I was expecting a sleezy car sales place and I encountered very friendly employees, who were very respectful. I wonder whether this is the best place if you want the absolute maximum value out of your car. However, if you - like I did - have an old car, which you want to sell at a reasonable price, this is a good place to go. They do a test drive, make picture of all things that are great and all things that are wrong and then send that to headquarters. There some people behind a computer use an algortihmic approach to find a reasonable price for them to buy the car. No emotion, simply a best estimate (with some margin probably).
