Wasserij 't Heycop

This is the first time I have written a review like this, but I would like to warn you about it by spawning the 5 stars that were first here (from 2 reviews without text, most likely from the owner and his best friend). I called back 3 weeks with t heycop, where I kindly asked if the sheets could softer, and this was promised me (I was so subtle not to mention that the sheets look more like hotel napkins than hotel linen) Yesterday I wondered why this did not happen, after which I was attacked with a number of personal attacks that a football hooligan would say: "you're not going to get along like that!" Long story short: They can not meet the wishes of the customer, you have to find out later and that is completely your fault as a customer.

Bedding way too hard. Owner indicates that he cannot do anything about this and that I should not be so. Nice and customer friendly .... Very unfortunate, customer unfriendly and bad service.

Good quality and excellent service. Fun company!
