Jumbo

I am not really used to do groceries here, so I feel a bit lost inside but you can find all you need. Placed in the north of Breukelen for me it is a bit out of hand so I go only in case closer supermarkets are closed. Around the supermarket there are other kind of shops as if it was a small mall in breukelen: butcher, bakery, Oriental stuff, flowers, hairdresser etc.. so a good deal :-)

Open verdict after our first visit. Lack of standardised weights made it very hard to compare the prices on packs of fresh produce, some of which was definitely not as fresh as we would want (is this why you pay more in Albert Heijn?) Great range of produce. The bread looked very inviting. Good range of fresh meat. No baskets, only trolleys - supposed a Covid 19 management device to count how many people in store. More stars when they stock fresh watercress!

Decent supermarket, good prices, large selection.
