The escalator at this station requires constant maintenance. There are no seats in the unroofed area (new policy?). The check-in/check-out stations are annoyingly placed so that travelers arriving bump into those that are leaving. The information board down the main stairs is now broken/gone (will it ever come back?). The elevators are really slow as well, and moss is growing on the roof of the perron 🤣

Is there an elevator from the entrance to the trains? What happens in case of people with mobility problems?

Nothing wrong with the station, but really nothing to do there if you have to wait for your train for 30 minutes in the weekend. Everything is closed and there is not even a small coffe kiosk there. Not even a candy or drinks machine. Especially frustrating in the winter. When you are standing in a freezing cold for a half an hour. Would be nice to be able to get a coffe, some water and a snack there.
