Contacting them is really difficult. The delivery personnel never leaves a note.

I'm waiting for an important biological materials, my husband is the the hospital and this materials are very, very important for the doctors. But Fedex is not a serious company, you can't trust on it, because they promised delivery it on Thursday, after Thursday, on Friday, and now, they said that the address is wrong. The address is not wrong, I saw in the post paper, I receive a lot of letters and packages from a lot of parts of the world in this address, and I never had problems before. I'm not satisfied with Fedex. Next time, I'll choose other company. I don't recommend Fedex.
