If I could give less than one star I did it for both the costumer service and for the courier !! A package from the Netherlands would be delivered according to the tracking and so I took a day off as it was a gift for Christmas Eve ... To my surprise, I found that suddenly on the tracking it was stated that I would have refused the package after I had been waiting all day for it. The costumer service apparently did not want to help me further and clearly sent me a walk. I strongly discourage post Nl and if it depends on me nothing will be sent to me via post Nl

Is usually a line when delivering packages but is usually helped kindly.
