Regularly ordered Rodi sausage for our French bulldog, now he has been having diarrhea for a while and we could not find an explanation for this ... We find out that the delivered sausages are past the date! Well then it suddenly becomes clear where it comes from .. I have sent several emails, but I don't get a response! From now on, I will order from Bitiba, Zoo plus, Petsplace or another provider. How disappointed I am about them!
I have been ordering from Brekz for years, never had any problems. Only lately has it been a mess there. They have not been meeting the 24-hour delivery time for a while. Orders are not complete and the last order I have been waiting for more than a week, while 2 days ago after telephone consultation it was said that it was ready for shipping!
In short, this is how they at least lose a loyal customer ...

Delivery times are getting longer and longer. We had to wait a few weeks recently and now we have been waiting for almost a week. Too bad, no more brekz next time.
