After almost a year and a half I experienced a few ups and especially many downs at Flexizone Utrecht. Climate control and service is a major problem. The temperature has been above 25 degrees for months with days of 27 degrees and humidity below 20%. So you go home with a headache at the end of the day. It looks nice on the inside but bad thought has been given to noise pollution, ventilation and the placement of companies. If you find a nice company place somewhere else, I would go there. If you decide to go to Flexizone, make sure that you ask questions about noise and climate and if promises are made, have them put on paper.

It is a super nice concept and there are nice entrepreneurs. Only the rent is far too high with what you get for it and what is promised at the start. The offices are noisy, there is no climate control, no catering and soberly furnished meeting rooms. These deficiencies are not resolved, nor are tenants agreed or compensated. Sin.

Not recommended at all! do nothing with complaints and defects about the property ...... you can keep calling and emailing. After all, you don't get a response. Nice selling to bring in tenants. Just forgot to tell you that there are still a lot of defects in the building. Many false promises! Not recommended!

Beautiful location! Ideal for expressing your creativity and having your own place in an inspiring working environment with other creative people! In addition, I can store my webshop stocks in the storage space, so everything in 1 location. Highly recommended! :)
