Bad experience. 600+ euro for a problem of red oil warning not resolved at all, the started by opening the crankcase and told me 150 euro at first to try this. And I end up with a big bill. I asked 5 independant mecanicals that all told me the same : when the oil is good, good motor sound, no big leak, no smoke and oil on exhaust, then it is a problem of pressure contact sensor that cost 6euro. I am sorry but good amateurs. they insisted that I give them car for more day of diagnosis. I instinctly feeled the scam and take my car with me.

Am a regular here as I want my MINI to get the best service. My experiences are unfortunately mixed. To me, Ekris continues to come across as very sales-driven. Communication is really an area for improvement (not responding to WhatsApp, communicating via the APK invoice that further repairs are needed, etc.). Reception in Breukelen is fine and so far I still have faith in the quality of the service in the workshop. The essence is that people do not buy MINI with their mind, but with their heart. My advice to Ekris is to include that in the week start.

I was called by Silvia yesterday for a free check and was already able to go today. Unfortunately, a problem was found with my mini roadster during the check. Lars Prins acted quickly and adequately. The problem will be solved today, you will be taken home and this afternoon I was able to pick up the car. There was no time to clean the car, but I can bring it along again later for a cleaning turn. This makes me very happy as a customer. Thanks to hostess Silvia who made the most delicious cappuccino and tribute to Lars.
