I recently happened to visit the shop for buying a bicycle puncture kit and an air valve set. The people were helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. They also were considerate with me in providing other details I asked for during these visits.

Service and sales are already good, but as in my case, solve factory warranty properly, makes the helpfulness complete. Extremely friendly and all matters well arranged: Bicycle is known, SMS when service is ready or part is there. Opening hours clearly online ... in other words, know where you stand. And that is also very good!
