We have reserved a trailer on phone, they told that we can drive and pick it up, we have driven 240 km and when we arrived they told that it's sold and they didn't know what happened and they told that they have another trailer for the same price, but that trailer is older and has the coupling broken and it's not the same, they don't respect they customers

Today I picked up my caravan that I bought last week from Akro. What a warm welcome from the owner, his son and the rest of the people. People take all the time and honor all agreements. My caravan has had a major service and they have neatly replaced what had to be replaced. Caravan was beautifully delivered for a very nice price! If there is something I can always come back. Neat half year warranty. People take their time for you. From the beginning when I arrived there, very good feeling at this company, because of the people ... My mother has her car serviced by Akro, to her complete satisfaction. Now with these weather conditions made an appointment again to have the winter tires fitted, after making the appointment the friendly lady asks if she can do more for her?
