I have great experience with this store. Product which I was looking for they didn’t have in the store. They offer me internet order and since I saw all this comments here I asked what time for sure I’ll got my order . They told me that they fixed the problem and that I’ll get it fast. And I did :) After 2 days car seat came and I’m super satisfied with costumer service and product itself.

Nice shop with friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately we can not go to the store now, but ordering online is also fine.

Great help, both in the store and via the chat function on the website! Knowledgeable staff and also give the space to think (after all, it is not just a bag of potatoes that you buy). Very wide choice, and the prices (especially the large parts) are very good. The store also takes sufficient account of Corona. The only drawback: the prices of the webshop are switched off on Sundays, so that proper searching / preparation / comparison is not possible. I would like it if the prices are there, but that it is not possible to make an order, for example. Regards, Erica Kroeze

Been to Babydump 3x during my pregnancy of which I was quite irritated twice. The first time I was looking for a leaf enlarger, they only had 1 of these in the baby rooms, I had to find where it was located myself. There was no thought about solutions in terms of size etc. No option to order anything or the like. Very annoying. The ladies (staff) were chatting and had little regard for the customers. Second time received good advice from two male colleagues there about the high chairs and maxi cosi's. Fine. Last time I was there, an explanation about bottles was given to the staff in the middle of the store by the supplier. There were several customers in the store, so there was no real opportunity to ask the staff anything. After waiting for a while, one of the male colleagues was approachable again, again well helped. In general a great store but they could have a bit more of an eye for the customers / service. Don't get back there soon if it's not necessary.
