Received very friendly in the store, ordered table. After that only problems with this company. The table was absolutely out of order. Mistakes can be made, but how this company deals with this is very unprofessional: no promise is kept, our emails are deliberately not responded to (they even admit it on the phone) and the employee raises voice during telephone conversation. We have indicated that we want to have the problem resolved within 3 months of receiving the table. Again, no response or cooperation. Ultimately, we (unfortunately) had to engage a lawyer to come to a solution. Fortunately, we now have our money back and can spend it elsewhere. In short: a very nice shop, until something goes wrong (the product and Löwik's communication). Then the customer is dropped very hard.

Nice family business that delivers craftsmanship and is very customer friendly. They have made a matte black round dining table for us and it has become beautiful. Only the store itself is cool to walk through, an authentic atmosphere and lots of beautiful things.
