If there is still a choice, try to find another installation company. We have now been working for more than six months to complete several repair work (inadequate completion of new construction). These activities were discussed and agreed with a representative of Van Dam in March, after which there was no further follow-up on a structural basis. Contacted regularly in the next six months, whereby no response, solution or otherwise was offered by telephone or by email (via the main contractor). With every attempt to contact, reactions such as: we are working on it; parts have been ordered; the person responsible calls back; the person responsible is on vacation; etc; etc. Very disappointing. We are now in the process of starting legal proceedings in an attempt to get our house towards completion, by enforcing the completion of work through the court, or by reclaiming payments made for the work not properly performed. Finally: if van Dam is the installer for your new construction project, make sure that you only release the 5% of the contract price when ALL work has been picked up by van Dam. Hopefully you can save yourself a lot of trouble with that.

What do you say unprofessional. This morning in Zutphen, you can't leave this in the middle of the road without any closure, can you? No signage or other warning signs or ribbon. Here in the morning all children from the neighborhood go to school, which is why there is a “bicycle street”. How irresponsible.

What a super worthless company ... Anything that they can install wrong they also made a mistake in our entire block .... And now 2 years later they are still trying to push everything and especially NOT to repair. And we have been with misery for 2 years ....

Worthless business. Mechanics who damage tiles and do not clean up their mess, and then close the door behind them without communicating anything. Mechanics who have to pass 3 times for a simple intercom system which after 1 appointment can also be made in 1 time.

Great company this is at least a company that keeps its agreements
