I've ordered chairs on FunDesign.nl recently. The website promised 48 hours delivery on the checkout. In one day after payment was done, I received an email saying that my order will be delivered in 2 months. Disappointment! Such a bad service!
Received a product today that was canceled 1 week ago due to a stock error on the website. Also received confirmation that my order was actually canceled but the product was still delivered today.
Thought to be fair enough to report this but got an email to send it back. That is not so easy with a product of 10 kg under your arms on a bicycle. I have proposed to keep the product for a reasonable amount, but the discount that was offered is almost the same as what other webshop offer (I could have ordered it cheaper at another webshop).
In summary, two mistakes are made, of which I myself subsequently suffer. I had contact with customer service, but there was no reasonable compensation either.
A nice offer on Hay chairs, ordered 6 immediately. I forgot to deduct the newsletter discount when paying. After a short email, I had this amount back on my account within a day. The chairs had a delivery time of 6-8 weeks. Last week, however, I received an e-mail that the delivery time has been shortened and they are already received by us within 4 weeks. Great delivery service, good agreements, clear communication. Top company, would order again immediately

Ordered before 17.00, not delivered the next day. Nice to arrive at a birthday without a gift. Next time put something on the site that you can make true.
