Have to say I had a terrible experience shopping with PROFISHOP online. I ordered an anvil one month ago, did not receive it, called many times, customer service always say they have no information about my order because it's all depend on warehouse. I submitted many requests online for refund, for a call back, never get any answer. I am extremely disappointed and will NEVER buy anything from them again.
Sorry I gave you 1 star first but it was PROFISHOP GmbH which is absolutely not "profi" ....
