The Jipkesbelt is a beautiful green area between Nijverdal, the Kruidenwijk and the village of Hulsen on the river Regge. The existing changing buildings have been expanded in recent years mainly in the more expensive and nicer type, also with thatched roof. Also in the neighborhood the "VolksTuinencomplex Jipkesbelt" on which also the "Bijenvereniging Nijverdal".

It was cozy again. Was not that much for sale that is yet to come. I am waiting for the princess beans. Will all come next time
