Restaurant de Tolplas

This was a real surprise. On a beautiful summer evening with a view of the Tolplas, staying on this terrace is a relief. Friendly staff, tasty latte, fine house wine and generous sorbets that underline the hospitality in Twente. And all that without the bill afterwards making you change color. On a beautiful summer evening, this feels like a piece of foreign land in Twente between Den Ham and Wierden. I lived in the area for 6 years but this was my first experience with the Tolplas. We will certainly come back there. This is a restaurant where you will not be served dutifully and where you will be thanked again for your presence with a small snack upon departure.

Friday evening delicious dinner with friends. Service was great, cozy atmosphere. Twente tournedos, lamb chops, fish soup it all tasted great, much attention was paid to it. The layout of the tables in these difficult times, especially for the catering industry, has been well resolved so that it remains cozy. A big 8 for all of you.

What a delicious meal we had here with our family. Compliments to the cook and service. We will definitely come back here.

Good restaurant with nice friendly service. beautiful terrace outside with a view of the water. Inside the restaurant is also spacious and beautiful. The food is good and varied and a lot of diversity in flavors. And the desserts are delicious too.
