I only needed something to get sound from my amplifier (via record player). I have received excellent help and had a perfect explanation of why and how I had to connect the preamplifier. I've been there many times and to be honest, there aren't many stores like this anymore that still take the time for you and also give you multiple options. Not just the most expensive. 👍👍👍👍
