Always more than satisfied with Bloemenzaak Meindert. Last Friday I took a bouquet of 20 euros for a friend and the next day the bouquet was as good as gone, the roses were hanging on as dead and all the green was shrinking. I thought I will report that to Meindert, they will probably want to know, but none of that. I had to make do with: "I can't do anything with this (6x) and I can believe everyone's blue eyes." Incomprehensible! I came here to get flowers for work, private life, funeral etc. So this hit me raw. Too bad Meindert, a little more understanding would have been in order. It was also unknown to me that you had to take the flowers back as proof, after all I had never come up with a complaint? Strange reaction, but it makes you think that you are not important enough as a regular customer. So be it....

No advice on getting flowers. After 1.5 days flowers die. Was own fault had not cut diagonally and actually nothing according to them. I collected more than 3cm straight but have time flowers and often enough away from here but sometimes longer than a week and now only renewed a few flowers and bouquet once so small and was told that we had to be happy with this because it was our fault normally not something done. Even our wedding bouquet came away regularly, but this was the last time

Flowers ordered online, neatly delivered But 1 day later already dead. Called them nicely, hoping to find a solution. I had to come by with the flowers and she could check if they were neatly cut or had been exposed to the sun , that is not possible because I live 1.5 hours further. Then the people who got the flowers had to come I also indicated that they are old people and are not allowed outside in corona time. Well then she couldn't help me any further. Unfortunately bad experience with flower house winding.
