For the first time used this service via ah in pigeons. I had taken pictures of the mantle of the spots and cat hair. When the cloak returned, nothing appeared to have changed. And the strange thing is that the cloak is still in 'transport' with them. Fortunately, the ah is not difficult, but what a disappointment.

Down comforter has returned with stains. As if it has not been properly dried and has already been folded in a closed plastic bag. Unfortunately you can not reach Stomerij.nl by phone or e-mail. Their website only has a contact forum winch. I have now filled it in 2x but have had no response for almost 3 weeks. The message I wrote was friendly too; I didn't want to claim anything but just give feedback so that it doesn't happen next time (with someone else). In addition, I wondered if they had a tip to get the stain out without completely washing the duvet. Judging by the other Google reviews, it doesn't seem to fascinate them as much as something unexpectedly goes wrong. I understand that this can happen if you process large numbers. But at least take responsibility and say sorry once. Go elsewhere next time.

Do not choose this dry cleaner !! If I had come to give them -10 I would certainly have done that. As others have stated, they blame everything but themselves. How do you lose a comforter that people have worked hard for and then claim that it is oh so many years ago that it cannot be fully reimbursed? You have lost it, who is going to get a new one now? Ridiculous. Go somewhere else with your hard earned money !!
