Nice place to stay, friendly host and good breakfast. Only 4 stars because the bathroom smells musty and it's situated directly by a street, so it's a bit noisy due to traffic.

B&B Sagenland is a nice, cozy and just BenB in Harbrinkshoek, municipality of Tubbergen, near Almelo. It has a rural location, but is close to the motorway and is therefore easily accessible. The "witch's circle" room looks good with good beds and a modern bathroom with shower, toilet and bath. The room is clean and the detailing in the decoration nice, in style but not lavish. The room has a beautiful view of the meadows, but at the same time you look down on a black bitumen flat roof. There is an indeterminate odor that can be disturbing for the sensitive among our light. Lying on the bed a low hum can be heard, which can be disturbing for the auditory sensitive. However, I personally did not sleep any less about it. The breakfast is fine, varied and extensive and the manager will ask if any additions are needed. In any case, the fresh wendel bitches were welcomed to us. My son of almost 7 felt at least "right at home"

All amenities are top notch. You have to like the taste of the decor. This one is deliberately nostalgic. The owners take very good care of you and are very hospitable. As a bonus, you are in a very beautiful area if you like to walk. The most beautiful routes already start from the B&B.

Nice B&B on all counts; Hospitable reception by Goos, with explanations and information about the area, cycling and walking routes, tips for restaurants etc. Great room and bathroom, nice bed / great sleep. Breakfast time of your choice, very extensive breakfast with sandwich bags and the invitation "make a nice packed lunch for later". Together with the beautiful weather, we enjoyed a few days in this beautiful area and this nice B&B. We will be back!
