Last week unfortunately we had to let our four-legged friend Lucky sleep in.
Lucky was 11.5 years old and had various problems.
on Friday evening Lucky could not get rid of his pillow and his entire backside was paralyzed.
immediately called the duty veterinarian because this was no longer possible.
I got a vet from Hengelo on the phone and he said: give him an aspirin because it is more expensive at the weekend.
and we could do it with it.
distraught Veterinary Practice Almelo-Geesteren called with the question can you help us we have an old dog and this one is dying.
The doctor immediately asked what is the address I am coming!
A vet in heart and soul !!
Thanks to this man, Lucky was able to experience his last moments fairly painlessly in his own little house and his family around him!
The doctor also very broadly took into account the fact that Lucky is a part of our family and we could say goodbye quietly.
and even after Lucky died and it had to be paid (which is normal) you could notice that he found it very annoying to talk about it and postponed it.
A few days later also received a card with strength with the loss.
