My son's father died in 2013. The administration of his father's standing rights was done by Smit Velsen B.V. After the death it turned out that costs were incorrectly charged by Hr. Smit. The tax authorities also imposed a fine of 2,500 euros for not returning the annual documents. This while the costs for making the annual statements to Hr. Smit are paid. In short: my son still has more than 5,000 euros in credit from Hr. Smit. Despite various emails and requests, this was not answered. Sad thing.
