I called twice and it was promised that I will be called back as soon as possible .... 3 days later still not called ... We also waited at the desk for a while, staff nice and pleasantly chatting about their weekend and after 10 minutes they will come and help you ...

Yesterday I brought my car to Gomes Beverwijk for the MOT and maintenance. During maintenance, the question arose whether it was necessary to replace the automatic transmission oil. Since this is quite expensive maintenance, they first carefully checked whether this had already been done at Gomes. Apparently it was not necessary yet, many other garages would simply have done this indiscriminately! I think this is a good example of honesty towards customers. I am also very satisfied with the service and would certainly buy a Mercedes-Benz there, top service!
