Helped quickly, honest & friendly people who think along. The car was not only repaired for the problem, the rest of the car was also examined and the status communicated. And the car also had a small vacuum cleaning, that makes you happy !?

As a typical last minute holidaymaker, I drove past Michel without preparation, and was able to contact him within half an hour for an analysis of the problem. Michel and his team found that my tires were not up to standard, immediately offered a replacement kit during my holiday while waiting for my own tires. In short, super service here! Definitely dare to send my car here more often and can advise other Tesla drivers as well!

After bringing my Tesla here to have it sprayed, I was curious on day 3 when the car would be ready. After 5 calls and no answer, I called the painter where the car was taken. Then I got a huge scolding from car service Velserbroek how I remember calling the painter because it doesn't work like that. Maybe useful that you answer the phone so that your customer knows where he stands. After I picked up the car I was able to go to the garage with a flat tire where they removed a large screw from the tire.
