Called at 1230 on Saturday to ask if a bouquet could be delivered to Haarlem. A few hours later a beautiful bunch of flowers including a vase was delivered. Neat as agreed, friendly on the phone. Top company.

Uninterested staff, flowers that fade quickly. If you complain you will be told that you should not whine and that worse things happen such as corona. Well if this is the way a customer is treated who takes the trouble to share his experience. In any case, I'm not coming here anymore.
