Lovely hotel near city centre. Rooms only (around 15), no restaurant. Great reception by the owner, helpful with parking, your stay and the room. Prior to our visit we had received details about our stay and tips for arrival from him. Room 131 (purple walls) was as described on their website. Lovely finish, no creaking floorboards, peeling paint or loose fittings here! Good beds! Additional lounge couch, enough cupboard and closet space, good amenities (nespresso coffee machine, water heater, safe big enough for a laptop). No fridge (was not important to us). Bathroom with good shower, separate bathroom with toilet. As this room is on the second floor (no lift!) there is only minimal road noise. Sound insulation is good, room to room as well as room to outside.

I am beyond happy that I was able to find out about this Hotel! The design is fantastic and it's location is even better. Peter was very welcoming, and helped my wife and I with some excellent recommendations. The next time I find myself in the Netherlands, I will staying at the New Amsterdam Harlem Hotel.

I felt very welcomed. Peter was so helpful even offered to get some medicine as I was so under the weather. Could not fault the room, it was fantastic. Will definitely go back. Convenient to the station and town square. Thank you .

Lovely new hotel, spacious room and a great location. Could have done with a teaspoon being provided for the room as there were coffee making facilities. A bath mat would be useful too, so I didn't need to use one of the two towels provided after the shower and an extra bin in the empty cupboard under the kettle etc would be handy. But all in all a lovely stay.
