We eat here a lot. The owner is very friendly and the service staff are long-time employees so they recognize you and chat a bit which is lovely. Every time we eat at Kreta we are instantly in a good mood, we leave happy and with a full belly. Their Ouzo is served in icy glasses on arrival which helps set the mood for the night ;)

I visited the restaurant twice since I was on a business trip to Ijmuiden.
The food was very good and clean. Reasonable prices. Very good and polite service. I felt like I was home in Greece and eating my wife's food. Thank you.
Good food, had a grill mix with various kinds of meat. It was a little well done, however a good piece of meat overall.
Liked the complementary chilled ouzo.
