Flower Baby Spa & Wellness

I had booked a float session in December which unfortunately could not take place due to Corona. I got a nice call about this. When it became known a few weeks ago that everything could be reopened, I immediately sent an email. I got a quick response with two dates. Unfortunately I did not look carefully myself and confirmed a date that I could not. I saw this immediately after sending the email and I immediately sent a response two minutes after that that I had made a mistake and whether it could be done on the other proposed date. I then got a confirmation email with the date I couldn't. I immediately emailed again that I had made a mistake. No response to this day. I emailed 3 times, sent two whatsapp messages, called several times and left voicemail and drove by today in extreme emergency because I think it is silly if I don't show up tomorrow while there is a booking. I still don't know if there is a booking and if so when. There is simply no communication possible. It started with my mistake but I really tried to correct it immediately. So unfortunately I cannot say anything about the service in the salon, only about the service outside the salon. I fully understand that it is busy and that it is a difficult time, but not speaking to your customers for a week is out of date. I have booked with another salon and I am very satisfied with that. Unfortunately no flower baby spa for me.

What a very nice experience our daughter had this afternoon! Due to corona, we have not been able to introduce her to the pool yet, but this is a very nice (perhaps more fun;)) alternative for your baby in a chlorine-free and chemical-free bath. She was very relaxed and loved it. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Because of corona she neatly uses the protocol and wears a mask. In short, really worth recommending and nice to give as a gift.

Been to this baby spa for the first time, previously been to another baby spa. What a world of difference! What such a service at the other baby spa is unfortunately not here! Mrs. was not unkind but showed no interest in us and left us to our own destiny, Had to ask for everything among other things for a swim diaper. Furthermore, Mrs. has not explained anything to us and she has just sat in the bathtub looking at her computer instead of explaining what the baby spa does to your baby. After the bath, my baby did NOT receive a TOWEL, which I find very sorry! This is not possible and in my opinion Mrs did not see it either? And I asked her where the towel was before my baby went out. Had to look for something in my bag to dry my baby. Very annoying. Nice lady but drop quite a few stitches. Let this be a learning moment for madam that this will not happen again. We are not going here anymore. Next x we ​​will go to Bebe Joli again!
