Terug van weg geweest 😁 lang niet geweest. Ik kan heel kort zijn, deze kapper staat voor kwaliteit, kwantiteit en vriendelijkheid, weten waar ze het over hebben. En staan vol overgave hun werk te doen. 👍

Well cut and had good advice. But in the end I have the same haircut as I always get advised everywhere. While I actually wanted something completely different. Response from the owner: Hi Tanja, thank you so much for your positive review and feedback! Our Stylists always start from what looks good on you and suits you best. But if that is not what you had in mind, we would like to invite you back to the salon to look for new possibilities. We will forward this message and ask if our salon manager will contact you! Kind regards, Margot (Marketing Manager) I have waited 2.5 weeks for the salon manager, but unfortunately I have not heard anything (while they have my number in the system). Then I tried to contact the Marketing department to speak with Margo. But then there is no recording and you then hear a tape that no one is available and that you must call back later. After which the connection is broken. I am very sorry. Still looking for another hairdresser who dares to cut another haircut. Not the boring haircut with my hair down to my shoulders. No one in my area has seen that I went to the hairdresser :(

Good hairdressers who are very customer friendly. Joke (the manager?) Is the opposite of that. I was not at all comfortable, she was very unfriendly and she insulted my hair. I had already stopped by to talk about my wedding hairstyle and makeup. I had already discussed what I wanted and what it would cost. On the day that I had an appointment for a test hairstyle and test makeup, the earlier agreements were not followed. I was twice as expensive and got a different haircut than discussed and Joke thought it was strange that I didn't like it. I heard her say to another customer that I was a whiner. I did not return here and I am happy that Peetoom in Haarlem center then took good care of me.
