Priority No. 1. Has the treatment / treatment of people who have imposed a compulsory measure been granted by the court! They must OBLIGATE to take another prison sentence !! Everything is focused on addictions and not on dual diagnosis! So psychiatric topics are NOT dealt with or are being treated!
