Absolutely not going here if your expensive stuff is precious to you. Jacket of € 1200 agreed to only steam. They have allowed them to wash what absolutely was not allowed and they did not let him steam. The reason is that they first want to tune in to place the responsibility with the customer if something goes wrong ... too bizarre for words. So first do something that is not allowed and then no money back + again want to calculate money to get your jacket steamed with possible consequences for the customer. I will never come here again and I would not recommend this to anyone. 1 * is already far too much.

We have been coming to these lovely people for 10 years. Steam and repairs are always professionally picked up and they understand their profession! In addition, they are very involved and we have built a special bond. I'm going to miss you when we move to Amsterdam later. Although I will often be in Bussum enough to stop by🤩
