Frames

Tucked away in the upstairs transit lounge, Frames has a modern jazz feel with the latest drinks. I had a medium cappuccino with Irish whiskey that looked, smelled, and tasted amazing. It was served with a stroopwaffle and was reasonably priced.

Looks promising, nice laid back atmosphere but as it turns out a bit too laid back. Ordered a G&T and a Smoked Salmon Flatbread which arrived pretty quickly and was surprisingly good. The follow up service was terrible though. Like non-existent. Finished my order, fancied another drink but the staff just kind of breeze around the place in a world of their own paying the customers zero attention. So I’m in an airport, time is of the essence after 20 minutes wait I paid up and left. Not only is it bad service but the management are missing out on Euros because of it.

Left Taste of the Lowlands in Schipol looking for a better place for a pint. Sat for 5 minutes at the bar unable to get a drink . Not a busy time. Brutal

Disgustingly expensive! Nice location though. Don’t go for the Ceaser Salad, it’s literally the worst one in the world

I was here today and I had a very bad experience. I just went in here and they refused to serve me because I didn’t take a seat. I needed a coffee to go and I didn’t want my kids in there just because of alcohol and cigarette smoker. I hope they accommodate people in a better way and improve customer service. The girls who all teamed up against me were arguing and I just left the place. They also mentioned that they have done it before and they got in trouble and this is what the management told them to do.
