If you have the about twenty minutes it takes them to serve up a burger and fries, then the experience isn't half bad :-) Burger garnish is really good. The fries not the best but not half bad either. I'd wish they had more crispiness to them, but no, and they may have put sugar on them... Well, at least you can have as much ketchup or Mayo you'd like :-D

I paid 4 euros for a cappuccino that was made by a machine, fill half-way through the cup and tasted like water. It was also so hot that I burnt myself when I took a sip after several minutes I already had it ... couldn't drink it until 5 more minutes passed. Truly a pity this is the only alternative close to the gate I needed. The staff was nice and friendly though.

Service is horrible. Gave me an old peace of cake, but on stand they have fresh one. I asked to give me fresh peace, they rejected my request by saying “we will not give you another peace, go to a different cafe.” Also they did transaction in USD, even there was an option in euro and I asked to charge in euro. They charged additional 3.5% transaction fee. Looks like it is scum.

Service is horrible. I asked to warm up an apple pie and they refused with no reason given...and the cold pie was average...

It is not true that they are 24 hours restaurant. We came here on 10 December 2019 at 10:05 pm following their declaration of being 24 hours open. This declaration was also confirmed to us by the information desk. They were closed referring just to Amsterdam Bread Co as open. Total disappointment.
