I've been totally ripped off. They might be really nice talking to you but will still look for any possible excuse to increase your bill. How is possible to tell you before hand that the bill would be 90€ and then present you a 1000€ bill?!? If I would not check it again and point out that was not agreed I am not sure how it will end up. They replaced the seat belt because it had a super tiny scratch on it, but it was so tiny that I had to spend few minutes to find it again to show to my wife and she could not believe her eyes. What did they do? Because they charge you 170€ to replace the seat belt... that's not the way to do business... make yourself a favor and stay away !!

For Mama, Ten years ago, I was 70 years old, I bought a new Renault Scenic at the Nieuwendijk garage in Hoofddorp. I enjoyed it for ten years. Unfortunately, I had to get rid of it recently because I am no longer allowed to drive. All these years, the car has been maintained by this dealer Nieuwendijk. Obviously I initially offered my car for sale to the dealer where I had bought it from and where I have maintained my car all these years, 110,000 km. Dealer Nieuwendijk offered me 3000, - for it, because it was slightly damaged. He would offer me 4000 for it if I had the damage repaired first for 1800, which I could then have the insurance paid for. I thought it was a bit lacking and inquired further. Ended up with Autovendi. Based on a telephone conversation and 7 photos, this company offered me 4500, - !!! In addition, they would come and collect the car from home. The choice was clear: I sold my car to Autovendi! My advice to Renault drivers who want to sell their car: inquire further than Nieuwendijk Hoofddorp!
