I am t-mobile customer for 4 years. Recently had very bad experience with the staff. I never experienced such unprofessional services in the shop in Hoofddorp - rude behaviour and attitude towards customers. People with complex and aggressive, not capable of explaining simple things, give service or behave normal. I decided to quit my contract and move to a new provider.

Dear t-mobile hoofdoorp! Thank you for rejecting my transfer from vodafone to you. I accepted your suggestion to go back to vodafone. They really have some new offers for europe. Rejected by t-mobile and feeling wonderfull again with vodafone. New S8 for me fully paid. All thanks to you! Bedankt

I wanted to renew my business subscription on Saturday June 6, 2020. In addition, the employee informed me incorrectly about the telephone to be purchased. I have been advised on a phone that happened to be recommended to the lady next to me, clearly a model that is currently being 'promoted' from T-Mobile. Because I could not see and compare the device due to the corona measures, I had to rely on the advice of the seller. He explained to me from a screen that was 2 meters away behind the counter. Later it turned out that the information he gave me about the dimensions of the device was incorrect. I almost immediately (a few hours later) indicated that I do not want this device type. According to the same employee in the store, the purchase of the wrong device could not be reversed. He then submitted a request for cancellation by logging into my personal environment in the store. After two days I would receive an address by mail to which the device could be returned and then be able to take out another extension with another device. Today I received an email from T-Mobile saying my cancellation request was declined because I have a business subscription. The store employee probably misrepresented the situation when requesting the cancellation. Now I have a device (and associated loan!) That I did not want to buy at all. Device is not yet out of the packaging. I do not want this device of more than € 1000 but it is now being pushed in my stomach.
