This is a company that starts out well and you end up being ripped off blatantly. We ended up being quoted an hourly rate. Once the work was done, you get to the surprises. Hours charged in wild excess, material charged to 3 times the prices in the store, overstated parking costs. And more. Basically, ended up paying some 40% above what would have been a fair price, a total rip-off. Not to mention, they delay sending the invoice to you so that the past gets a bit fuzzier (took them four months - in the meanwhile they say they sent it but when asked to attach the email to prove it of course they didn't). Just one advice: Stay away,, or you'll be ripped off!

I would like to take the trouble to judge Hacar. Where we had to do for years with a bad working intercom, we now have a beautiful and well functioning videophone installation. Clear agreements for and the promise fully fulfilled. Several mechanics are all equally competent and friendly. Chapeau!

This company has adjusted my installation, everything works satisfactorily. The mechanic worked nicely and left everything clean. I can recommend Hacar.
