What worthless cheaters. I had ordered a laptop that supposedly was in stock on 09/29/2020. It would be delivered on 01-10-2020. Turns out they put the delivery date at 10/30. Still nothing after waiting. They say they are trying to reach the supplier. After a few weeks I get to hear from them that the package has been delivered and signed for it (which of course is not correct). So they would start an investigation at PostNL which would take +/- 2 weeks. After that I did not receive an update and there was no response to my emails. They cannot be reached by phone. Fortunately, I had contacted Payin3 (the payment service I used) from the beginning. He was aware of everything and helped me in this matter. In3 also received no response from cascozi at the request of proof of dispatch. Now we are in January 2021 and my paid money is finally being refunded by Payin3. In short, don't order anything here. It is not a department store, but a web shop for 1 person. You can find out that it is a sole proprietorship via the Chamber of Commerce number. This person is a dirty conniving cheater. I hope he will never taste happiness after all the misery he has caused me and several other clients.

Ordered at the beginning of June and no product received and no money back. No response to emails, chat function also worthless. I think this is a bogus site.

June 26 placed an order and paid and never seen or heard anything again. No contact possible. Had even sent an email asking if they wanted to call me so that I know where I stand, because "Delivery not possible" could also be an answer that I can do something with. Then there is nothing wrong. But no, just no response at all! And it's only about a few tens pffff
