You will receive friendly help in the store. It is a great pity that if you order your entire household contents in the store for more than 5 months, there is still so much that can go wrong. On the day of delivery my coffee table was just lost, the delivery people had learned from Pronto that I would have already taken it from the store, which is not the case, so the coffee table cannot be found. Here I was allowed to choose a new one, but almost everything has a delivery time of 10 weeks, so I am making good progress. My painting was also delivered in the wrong color. I ordered it in black and got the white one. If you buy furniture for almost 5000 euros, you can expect that everything will be delivered in order, but unfortunately.

What a puppet show. Pronto Wonen proudly advertises that they always deliver the best price for the same product. And if you see that product cheaper elsewhere, you will receive a 110% refund of the price difference. TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY. One of those conditions at Pronto Wonen in Crucius is probably that they come up with their own conditions on the spot to avoid their own action. All conditions met, but now a condition was suddenly made up that the article did not come from their own Pronto collection. Neat hear Pronto. Just stop taking actions if you don't follow through.

Lousy service. It's all about sales. We were looking for a corner sofa with a stool. After a long search at pronto we saw a nice sofa. We were assured that a stool could reach it, she took it from another line and with the same fabric as the sofa it would fit perfectly, also in terms of height (specifically requested). After 10 weeks finally picked up the sofa and hocker, but the hocker did not look good in combination with the sofa. Much too bulky, more than 5 cm higher than the sofa and the hocker was stitched with butterfly seam (specifically asked not to do this because the sofa does not have it either). I was promised a new hocker that would fit there, but the entire fabric turned out to be no longer available. The only thing they can offer is the return hocker (were looking for a hocker and sofa, if this was not possible, the sofa was immediately dropped), or a maximum of 150 euros return (at a set price of 1269 euros, I think this is really a shame, first she even dared to offer no less than 60 euros!) Really bad company, only their decoration things are beautiful. But you don't have to be here for service!
